I am a start up, which plan would be the best fit for my organization?

If you are just getting started and have up to 10 Users, the Business Plan is what you should opt for. If you need to add more Users under your account, you can always upgrade your plan. Simply get in touch with your account manager or contact us and we’ll have you sorted.

How can I determine the best plan for my organization?

VComply has something for every organization.

The ‘Business Plan’ is designed to suit mid-sized businesses with up to 10 Users i.e. Managers. If you’re a bigger firm and need more than 10 Users in your account, the ‘Enterprise Plan’ would be a better fit for your organization. If you’re just getting started, sign up for the FREE trial and explore how VComply fits your Organization.

How does VComply’s pricing work?

VComply Business costs $2999 for 5 Users per annum. You can add up to 10 users on this plan at an additional surcharge of $499 per user per year.

VComply Enterprise is best suited for large businesses with more than 10 Users. You will receive a concession of 5% for each additional user after the first 10 Users.

All customizations will be charged additionally.


What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase VComply with any major credit card.

For annual subscriptions over 10 Users, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or cheque.

Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.

We need to add more users to our team. How will that be billed?

If you are on the Business plan, you may only add up to 10 users at an additional cost of $499 per user per annum.
On the Enterprise plan you can have as many additional users as you need. Your account manager would be able to assist you with this.

Note: All additional purchases made during an on-going billing cycle are charged on a prorated basis.

Do you offer academic pricing?

We love working with diverse organizations. However, we have a fondness for educational institutions and non-profits and offer a 40% waiver off the subscription plan.

Will tax be charged additionally?

All of our plans are inclusive of all taxes, you will not be charged additionally for taxes. Any changes in the pricing will be iterated on the website and can also be confirmed from your account manager.

Will we be charged when the trial’s up?

Your credit card is not asked for unless you decide you would like to continue using VComply after the trial period. If you love VComply and wish to continue using the platform, you may upgrade your subscription from your account or seek our help.

Can we cancel at any time?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds can not be initiated if you cancel your subscription during the billing period.

Can we pay monthly?

The software is licensed on an annual basis as that way you save on a heavy chunk of the subscription amount. Plus, it is just a one time effort and saves you the hassle of repeated payments.

Will I be charged additionally for the updates to the platform?

What you see is what you pay. We strive to make the platform better everyday and maintain a very transparent pricing across all our plans. So, when there is a fancy new update, you will be able to enjoy it at no extra charge.

Can I downgrade my subscription?

In case you want to downgrade your existing subscription, just contact us to initiate the change. However, you may lose some data as well as access to certain premium features since they might not be a part of your new plan.

I have a discount coupon, how do I use it?

If you have a discount coupon that you wish to redeem, raise a ticket with the subject as ‘Coupon Redemption’. One of our Customer Success Representatives would get in touch with you within 2 business days to assist you with your purchase.

Can I upgrade my plan?

We’re sure you’ll love VComply as much as we do. If you would like to access the premium features, you can upgrade your existing plan at any time. If you are currently on the free or trial plan, go to your ‘Profile’ on the upper right corner of the screen and click on ‘Buy Now’. To upgrade your current paid plan, click on ‘Upgrade’.

What happens if I don’t renew my subscription?

In the unfortunate turn of events, should you wish to discontinue using VComply, please contact the Support team or raise a ticket. Your data will be securely stored for up to 30 days from the expiry of your plan, after which all the data may be erased. However, we will notify you 30 days, 15 days and 7 days prior to your subscription’s date of expiry.

When does my trial expire?

When you sign up on VComply, you get access to a FREE trial which is valid for 30 days.
To know the date of expiration of your trial, in your account, click on your name towards the upper right of the page. Here you will find the expiration date as well as the option to renew or upgrade.

What is the renewal process?

We’re delighted to know that you wish to renew your subscription!

To renew, click on your name towards the top right side of the page where a drop down will appear. Next, to the date of your subscription expiry, you will find the option to ‘Renew’. Click here and follow through. If you would like to upgrade your plan or would like any add-ons, contact us.

Can we opt for a price lock-in?

Sure, if you’d like to opt for a price lock-in, please send an email request to with subject line as “Price lock-in for Your company name“.

Example : Price lock-in for ABC, Inc.

Please include the following details in the email:
1. Organization name
2. Contact person
3. Registered organization email
4. Contact number
5. Existing or interested plan
6. Duration for price lock-in

My trial has expired, what happens next?

After your trial expires, your account will be downgraded to the free version with limited features.

Note: As a result of the downgrade, you may lose some data.

My trial has expired a while back but my account has been inactive. What happens to all my previous data?

After your trial expires, your account gets downgraded to the free version with limited features. As a result of the downgrade, you may lose access to some features which are a part of the Business or Enterprise plans, and subsequently lose some data. However, you will be able to retain everything that is included on the free plan.

My account has been inactive since my trial expired a while back. Can we still upgrade with the same account?

While your account does get downgraded after your trial expiration, you will still be able to retain everything that is included on the free plan. So, in the future when you do decide to come back and upgrade, you can do so with your existing account without having to sign up all over again.

Tip: Make sure to get the password right!

I need less then 10 licences and some features of the Enterprise version. How does that work out?

The Enterprise plan starts with at least 11 Users. However, we do understand that the features can be pretty alluring. So, if you would want to opt for any of the premium features or require any customizations, reach out to us and we'll be glad to help.

Do I need to be subscribed to the Enterprise plan to opt for the add-ons?

Definitely not! Add-ons have been designed to benefit Users under all plans and enable them to take advantage of the premium features of VComply. So no matter which plan you're subscribed to, you can always opt for one of our premier add-ons.

Can I purchase a new add-on in the middle of the annual subscription?

Yes, definitely. If you wish to opt for an add-on in the middle of your subscription, please reach out to your Account Manager with your request and we’ll be glad to set things up.

You will be charged on a prorated basis for this add-on.

How can I purchase a new add-on?

To purchase a new add-on, please get in touch with your account manager and initiate a purchase request.

What is the advantage of a price lock-in?

When you opt for a price lock-in, you can deploy VComply at the same price as at the time of billing, for the next number of years you opt to lock-in for, irrespective of any price increases.

Example: If you're purchasing VComply for $2999 and you would like to opt for a 3 year price lock-in, you can simply pay the total amount for 3 years upfront i.e. $8997 and you would not require any renewals for the next two years.

What are add-ons?

Add-ons are additional features of VComply which you can add along with your VComply subscription.

What are the different add-ons on VComply?

VComply add-ons include Survey Management, Policy Management, Contract Management, License Management, Accreditations Management, Training & Development, Risk Management System etc.

Which is the best plan for me?

If you are a team with upto 10 managers, opt for the Business plan.

If you’re a relatively larger firm, the Enterprise plan will be a better fir for your organization.

Do you provide purchase invoice?

Yes, if you would like an invoice against your purchase, please reach out to your account manager or contact us.

Will I lose my data after my trial expires?

During your trial period, you get access to certain premium features which can only be availed with a paid subscription. So, after your trial expires, you lose access to these features along with any data within.

Will I lose my account after my trial expires?

You may access and use your account for as long as you want, even after your trial expires. However, you will not be able to access certain features as they may be part of the paid subscriptions.

What happens when my trial expires?

Once your trial is up, don’t worry, your account will not be deleted. However, you may lose access to certain features and consequently, may also lose some data.

What happens when my subscription expires?

After your subscription expires, your data is stored on the VComply cloud for 30 days, after which you may lose your data.
