As the Sales Solutions Leader, you’ll own all solutioning to prospects and customers. $140,000 – $160,000 per year, plus variable pay – sales commission – based on quota achievement. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range.
