About The Job: 

As the Sales Solutions Leader, you’ll own all solutioning to prospects and customersThis is an excellent opportunity to lead our pre and post technical sales cycles, have direct input into the sales process and methodology, work alongside our product and engineering teams, and close opportunities Come join the leadership team at a fast-growing, well-funded, enterprise B2B SaaS start up and help our customers succeed. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Present VComply technology and vision to the compliance community including functional experts and executives at prospects and customers. 
  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of VComply technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of value to design and implementation. 
  • Own pipeline management and forecasting including closing strategies. 
  • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving GRC industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position. 
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve VComply’s products and messaging. 

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience technical sales, specifically enterprise B2B SaaS. 
  • Relationships with c-suite, specifically Risk, Security, Compliance, Legal. 
  • Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos. 
  • Knowledge of selling methodologies. 
  • Data-driven decision maker. 

Salary Range Estimate:

$140,000 – $160,000 per year, plus variable pay – sales commission – based on quota achievementThis estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range.
